By submitting video, image, written, audio or other Content to Fiendish Plan, or by participating in any active promotion or program of Fiendish Plan, you (referred to as "Member") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Member Submission Terms and Conditions. 


CREATING AND MAINTAINING MEMBER ACCOUNTS
A "Member Account" is established by you during the registration process and includes creation of a password. The Member Account includes all data captured and maintained by Fiendish Plan regarding the Member including but not limited to the Member's personal information, Site participation history, Rewards tracking, and other participation with Fiendish Plan. You acknowledge that any information entered by you into your Member Account, or information collected by Fiendish Plan from your activity as a Member, is given willingly by you. Upon creating a Member Account, you agree to provide Fiendish Plan with a current email address and to update such information immediately upon any changes. You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise falsify any information provided by you in your Member Account.. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and Member Account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the Member Account.
CONTENT INDEMNIFICATION
You are solely responsible for the Content of any materials you post or submit to the Site (regardless of form or media, the "Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the Content that you post and submit, that the Content is accurate, that use of the Content you supply does not violate the General Terms & Conditions or these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity.
